ANTI AGING CUPPING FACIAL TREATMENT

 Facial cupping is a traditional, time-honored treatment that remains favored by millions worldwide because it’s safe, comfortable and remarkably effective.  Women in Asia, Russia, and Europe have been utilizing these remarkable facial cupping techniques for rejuvenation and maintenance for years. At Sidney & Girlfriends, small suction cups are used during facial rejuvenation cupping create a gentle vacuum to lift the skin and other facial tissue. Lifting the facial tissue activates the lymphatic drainage to eliminate toxins, cellular waste and excess fluid in the face and neck. Rigid muscle tissue in the face and neck is easily massaged with facial cupping.

Cupping is an ancient Chinese practice, during which a cup is applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced (by using change in heat or by suctioning out air), so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. This treatment is for people who are suffering from pain, respiratory issues, digestive issues, gynecological issues, colds, sleep disorders and facial paralysis. Cupping can also be used on the feet for help with plantar fasciitis. You can also add this service to a regular massage for $10!

Relax your mind, refresh your body, rejuvenate your soul in this 60- or 90-minute hands on treatment with the use of essential oils, aroma therapy, hot stones, hot towels, red/blue light therapy to start or end your day. Our goal is help you relieve stress, reduce tension, manage pain and help you reach an overall sense of well-being. When you leave our spa, we want you to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and balanced. 

Foot/Leg Spa Treatment for Tired Feet

50 minutes $65

This foot and leg treatment is specially designed for tired achy feet and legs. During this 50-minute treatment we incorporate oils, scrubs, hot towels, hot stones, cupping, Thai & Swedish massage combined with Swiss reflexology all while you are enjoying soothing music in one of our esthetic rooms.
